  • Nope! No registry needed. If you live within the boundaries of the Lafayette Falls community, you are automatically a member of the Neighborhood Association. This gives you unique opportunities to share your vision for the community with the rest of our neighbors!

  • NO! As this is a voluntary nonprofit, we do not collect any dues or enforce any covenants for residents within the neighborhood.
