A Homeowners Association (HOA) is a mandatory, legal entity enforcing strict, binding rules and collecting dues for property maintenance. Unlike an HOA, a Neighborhood Association (NA) is a voluntary, informal group focused on community advocacy, social events, and beautification.

Nope! No registry needed. If you live within the boundaries of the Lafayette Falls community, you are automatically a member of the Neighborhood Association. This gives you unique opportunities to share your vision for the community with the rest of our neighbors!

NO! As this is a voluntary nonprofit, we do not collect any dues or enforce any covenants for residents within the neighborhood.
